Education Services Coordinator (Lawrence, MA)

The Education Services Coordinator will oversee observations, screenings, assessments, curriculum planning, training, and support for children and families served by Early Head Start. Duties -Serve as point person for enrollment of children, technical assistance for educators and quarterly reporting; -Oversee all observations, referrals, and services needed for all children served by EHS; -Maintain records of all observations, parent communication, referrals and follow ups; -Support families with Early Intervention assistance as needed; -Attend community meetings as needed; and -All other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Qualifications -A minimum of an Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work or Human Services is required; -Bilingual (English/Spanish) language ability is required; -Experience working with at risk families and infants and toddlers; -Excellent interpersonal and advocacy skills; -Willingness to give and receive feedback and work cooperatively on a team; and -Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
