EDUCATION COACH (Northampton)- Community Action Pioneer Valley

Head Start program seeks professional to support educators of children 0-5 years. Must be knowledgeable of EEC and Head Start regulations, and become proficient in the CLASS tool. Successful candidate will have the demonstrated ability to evaluate and support high quality educator/child interactions, classroom management, and teaching teams—while working in close partnership with supervisors. Must be sensitive to families experiencing multiple stressors and from diverse cultures. Minimum qualifications include a BA in ECE or closely related field, 2 years in ECE setting and 1 year of coaching/mentoring early educators. 32.5 hours/week full year. Salary Range: $22-$23.34.
